The legislative agenda of Senator Lacson focuses primarily on good governance and peace and order.

More importantly, he intends to introduce legislation that would affect various aspects of the Criminal Justice System specially those issues and concerns which he personally encountered as a law enforcement official.

Concomitantly, he will support any and all legislation that would not only improve the present state and welfare of law enforcement personnel but will also arm them with necessary tools to effectively discharge their duties to combat criminality.
